Loyalty Terms And Conditions


  • Points can be accumulated from one or ANY of the 9 Welbee’s Supermarkets that is, points accumulated from each different supermarket will still be added to your loyalty card account and the total sum can be exchanged from any outlet of preference.
  • The Loyalty Scheme and The Cash in Card Scheme are managed by Retail Marketing Limited (Malta Company Registration No. C34303 with its registered address at Hard Rock Complex, Wied il-Ghasel, Naxxar).


  1. The Cash in Card Scheme is applicable on purchases of €50 and over from any of the Welbee’s supermarkets upon presentation of physical loyalty card or App.
  2. Customers cannot split the bill/s in order to avail themselves of different offers originating from different shopping denominations, if such shopping takes place in one (1) shopping visit.
  3. The Cash in Card Scheme will credit your Welbee’s loyalty card/APP as follows:
           Purchase          Offer
 €50 – €99.99 €3 cash in card OR 400 points
 €100 – €149.99 €8 cash in card OR 1,000 points OR 18 bottles of water OR 5 bottles of soft drinks
 €150 – €199.99 €11 cash in card OR 1,400 points OR 24 bottles of water OR 6 bottles of soft drinks
 €200 – €299.99 €16 cash in card OR 2,000 points OR 36 bottles of water OR 10 bottles of soft drinks
 €300 – €399.99 €24 cash in card OR 3,000 points OR 54 bottles of water OR 15 bottles of soft drinks
 +€100 This continues adding up proportionately every €100 spent
  1. Then add €8 cashback every additional €100 spent
    Note: no offer on €250, €350 etc
  2. Cashback balances are not redeemable for cash.
  3. Cashback can be redeemed at any Welbee’s location.
  4. Cashback balances earned in the current month can only be used in the following month.
  5. Any unspent Cashback balance/s at the end of the month is/are lost.
  6. Cashback balance/s can only be transferred to registered merged accounts.


  1. Redemption of cash in card and/or loyalty points is only permitted on presentation of the Welbee’s loyalty card or mobile app.
  2. The Loyalty Scheme is applicable on any purchases of €1 and over from any Welbee’s supermarkets.
  3. The Loyalty Scheme will credit your Welbee’s loyalty club account points as follows:

With every €1 you spend at any of the Welbee's 9 supermarkets, you will receive 1 point on your loyalty card.

Carrefour Products attract double points – 2 points for every €1 you spend.

  • The full list of participating vouchers including the vouchers terms and conditions is available on the Welbee’s app or online on mt.  Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or offers.
  • The points accumulated on the Welbee’s Loyalty Cards are the property of Retail Marketing Ltd, and the company reserves the right to withdraw such points or any other scheme at any point in time, without the need to give any prior notice.
  • Loyalty Cards not used for at least once during the said period of 13 calendar months, will be considered inactive and shall be deleted from the system and all points will be lost and deleted, without prior notice to the loyalty card account holder. All personal data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Company.
  • Loyalty points can be redeemed for vouchers as outlined on the Welbee’s website and Welbee’s app.
  • The terms and conditions of the third party vouchers are determined by the third party outlet and can be found under each voucher in our app.
  • By being in possession of a Welbee’s Loyalty Card, all cardholders consent to the processing of their personal data by Retail Marketing Ltd. for the purposes of administration of these Schemes.

  1. Retail Marketing Limited and/or any of the supermarket operating companies is/are not liable for any damage suffered by any participant due to the non-observance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Retail Marketing Limited and/or supermarket operating companies is/are/shall not be liable to any person for any loss (whether such loss is direct, indirect) arising from (a) the cancellation or delay of the Scheme/s, (b) the participation or non-participation of any person in the Scheme/s.
  3. In the event that these terms and conditions do not, or do not clearly, cater for a solution to any matter which may arise, then Retail Marketing Limited shall have the sole discretion to decide finally on such matter.
  4. These terms & conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Maltese law, and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
  5. All Offers relating to €200, €150, €100, €50 or other Loyalty Scheme offers are available only against a valid loyalty card/app holder.


  1. To register to the new Welbee’s loyalty card you need to re-register your data through the Welbee’s app link.
  2. To download the Welbee’s app please log into
  3. If you do not download the new Welbee’s App you will need to re-register at any of the Welbee’s customer care desk to switch your GS Malta card to the new Welbee’s Card.
  4. Loyalty points redeemed against vouchers as of the 4th October are redeemed through the new app system. Please visit Loyalty Club page to download the app or visit any one of our customer care desk to re-register your card.
  5. All GS Malta Loyalty Cards are valid until 31st December 2021. After this date no more points will be able to accumulate on the GS Malta Loyalty Club but will be accumulated onto the new Welbee’s Loyalty card or app.
  6. All printed vouchers redeemed through the old GS Malta loyalty card are valid till 31st December 2021.
  7. All points on the GS Malta Loyalty Club will be transferred onto the new app upon re-registering.
  8. To transfer all the GS Malta Loyalty Club points onto the Welbee’s app you must enter your GS Malta Loyalty Barcode found at the back of the card.
  9. You have till end of December 2021 to transfer your GS Malta Loyalty Card points to the new Welbee’s Loyalty Card.
  10. Vouchers redeemed against loyalty points have an expiry of 3 months in the app.
